E-filing will begin Monday, January 26, 2026. Three years are able to be e-filed (2023, 2024 and 2025). Older tax returns must be filed on paper. Refunds will still be issued for 2022 taxes until April 15, 2026 – after that they are out of statute and will not be issued.
